Healthy Sunday Morning’s Breakfast

We enjoyed a yummy Sunday morning’s breakfast today. It went down well with the kiddies too, all I needed to say was pancakes and they were sold! But these are not just any pancakes, these are a healthy version..
Banana&Eggs Pancakes
2 ripe bananas
5 eggs 
Squash the bananas using a fork, then mix in the eggs. Fry in a bit of olive oil as you would your normal pancakes. This served 2 adults and 2 young ones.
Serve with berries and natural yoghurt.
Quick, easy, healthy and super yummy!!
