Healthy Breakfasts pt II

I love weekends and not only for the obvious reasons, but because at the weekends I have time to make big breakfasts! 

This morning was no different and this was all made up of what was left in the fridge.

Scrambled eggs with courgettes and tomatoes served with baked beans and some blueberries. Plus a cup of coffee… Can’t be all that healthy, I do need my coffee in the morning!!
